The SchwarzerBock which received SlowFood recommendation, serves a seasonal menu in line with the ‘Nature to Plate’ philosophy. Classic signature dishes such as Schäuferla (pork shoulder), Jägertopf (stew from best parts of game hunted in our grounds) & Vegan and Vegetarian Dishes are served alongside some seasonal favourites such as Asparagus, Chanterelle & Franconian Carp to name a few.
